Creative Operations Project Manager
General Summary & Scope
• Lead project management efforts from kickoff to completion, coordinating timelines, resources, and execution plans with Senior Managers.
• Serve as the bridge between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams, working with external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining efficient communication across all stakeholders.
• Run review sessions with creative leads and track feedback to ensure updates are made by both internal and external creative teams.
• Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring all deliverables meet brief requirements and deadlines.
• Support internal creative teams by anticipating needs and ensuring accountability across deliverables.
• Coordinate communications and workflows between working teams and creative agencies to maintain smooth processes.
