Project Manager - Brand & Creative Operations
General Summary & Scope
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including attending kickoff meetings, assessing resources and timelines, and driving project execution through the appropriate workflows.
• Act as the liaison between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners, to ensure smooth communication.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all relevant channels.
• Lead review meetings with creative leads, tracking feedback and facilitating updates with internal and external creative partners.
• Manage external partner communication, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables in line with strategy expectations.
• Coordinate and anticipate creative team needs while ensuring accountability across multiple brand projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and streamline communication between internal teams and external agencies.
