General Summary & Scope
• Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, attending kickoff meetings and working with senior management to assess resources and timelines.
• Liaise between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams to coordinate project communication with external partners.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Run review sessions with creative leads and facilitate necessary updates with internal and external creative teams.
• Handle communication with external partners to ensure strategic alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Anticipate the needs of creative teams and provide proactive support across deliverables.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and creative agencies, ensuring smooth and effective workflows.
