Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Barber for a part-time position, with specific focus on providing quality haircare services in a professional setting. The role primarily involves shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair. Occasionally, the position requires shaving patients in preparation for surgery. Additional responsibilities include organizing records, maintaining equipment, and safeguarding supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide shampoo, cut, color, and styling services as required.
• Perform occasional shaving services for patients pre-surgery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure equipment and supplies are stored securely.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in barbering or a related haircare position.
• License: Must hold a valid New York State Barbering License.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (Speak, Read, Write).

Schedule:

• Part-time role with hours every other Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Hours Per Week: 5
• Days Per Week: 1
