Promotions Coordinator
General Summary & Scope
• Maintain the promotions calendar to ensure all launch dates are met.
• Build and conduct end-to-end testing of promotions to guarantee accuracy and enhance the guest experience.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between E-commerce Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Pricing, IT, and other departments to plan and execute online promotions and implement improvements.
• Determine and execute quick fixes for guest-facing promotional errors.
• Collaborate with the Content team on product maintenance and other assigned tasks.
• Monitor and act on daily reporting and alerts.
• Assist in coordinating major promotional events by partnering with E-commerce Merchants and Retail Pricing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with the IT Ops team.
• Oversee ongoing events like Mag/Tab, newsletters, and coupon code generation.
• Support other digital ad hoc projects as needed.
