Promotions Analyst
General Summary & Scope
• Maintain the promotions calendar to ensure timely launches.
• Build and test promotions end to end to ensure accuracy and enhance the guest experience.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between E-commerce Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Pricing, IT, and other departments for online promotions and process enhancements.
• Take prompt action to correct guest-facing promotional errors.
• Partner with the Content team on product maintenance and other duties.
• Monitor daily reporting and alerting for effective action.
• Aid in coordinating major promotional events with E-commerce Merchants and Retail Pricing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with the IT Ops team.
• Own ongoing initiatives like Mag/Tab, newsletters, and coupon code generation.
• Assist with various digital ad hoc projects as necessary.
