Promotions Manager
General Summary & Scope
• Oversee the promotions calendar to ensure timely launch dates.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of promotions for accuracy and a positive guest experience.
• Act as a liaison between E-commerce Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Pricing, IT, and other teams to execute online promotions and drive improvements.
• Quickly resolve guest-facing promotional errors.
• Work with the Content team on product maintenance and additional tasks.
• Monitor daily reports and alerts to take necessary actions.
• Coordinate efforts for major promotional events with E-commerce Merchants and Retail Pricing.
• Collaborate with the IT Ops team to troubleshoot system issues.
• Manage ongoing events like Mag/Tab, newsletters, and coupon codes.
• Assist with other digital ad hoc projects as required.
