Product Experience Designer
General Summary & Scope
• The Product Experience Designer will report to the Senior Manager, Digital User Experience within the eCommerce team.
• This role is integral in delivering user-centered designs for web, mobile web, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including creative designers, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Coach and mentor other UXA resources as needed.
• Serve as the voice of the customer based on insights from research, analytics, and industry expertise.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into innovative user experiences.
• Lead brainstorm sessions and workshops to gather UX insights.
• Identify project research needs and coordinate with the customer research team.
• Analyze findings and refine design strategies based on research.
• Conduct competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations to assess usability.
• Gauge the usability of new and existing features, suggesting changes as needed.
• Collaborate with UX, creative, and development teams to devise user experience solutions.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of web and app user experience best practices.
• Produce documentation, including presentations, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Participate in design reviews to gather feedback and share direction.
• Interact effectively with executives and senior leadership.
• Proactively resolve issues and challenges independently.
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexity and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Lead projects with minimal oversight and mentor other UXA resources.
