Patient Care: Collects non-interpretable data systematically, focusing on the patient’s physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
Assistance with Daily Activities: Provides hygienic care, assists with patient ambulation and meals under the direction of a registered professional nurse.
Patient Positioning & Care: Positions patients as needed, provides pre-operative, post-operative, and post-mortem care.
Patient Safety: Ensures a safe patient environment by promptly answering call lights and reporting any changes in the patient's condition to the RN.
Tailored Care Delivery: Identifies and assesses the specific needs of the patient population served and adjusts care accordingly.
