Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Muscle Shoals, Alabama (35661)
Pay Rate: Up to $39/hr (Base Taxable)
Shift: 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, working with healthcare teams, patients, and families to create individualized care plans.
Set measurable patient goals, focusing on reducing rehospitalization and improving outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Delegate and supervise nursing staff to ensure all patient care responsibilities are met efficiently.
Ensure seamless communication of patient information between staff and shifts for consistent care.

Required Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare setting is preferred.

Certifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
CPR Certification required.
