Job Description:

• 70% of the role will be in office, nurse might be required to travel to patients’ home (MA, BKLYN, BX &QU) to complete wound care consults.
• HOME/HC - HOME CARE ADMIN: HOME CARE

Skill & Experience Required:

• *Wound Management*
• *2 years of med/surg experience*
• *Wound and Colostomy experience*

License & Certifications Required:

• New York State RN License
• Primary Source Verification
• AHA BLS
