Job Title: Financial Analyst I, BGI CWR

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days, 8-hour shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst I, BGI will be responsible for managing assigned projects under the guidance of the department manager. This role supports departmental goals and initiatives and involves tasks such as reconciling data, developing pricing models, and analyzing trends related to managed care contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile “Pre-Bundle” data with payors.
• Develop pricing models for “Bundles” with payors.
• Reconcile actual spend with payors during the “Post Bundle” period.
• Participate in CDM (Charge Description Master) synchronization across the network.
• Assist with Charge Master development and analysis.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly trends and targets.
• Analyze, interpret, and model managed care contracts as assigned.
• Take responsibility for all projects assigned and assist other team members with their projects.
• Ensure compliance with department initiatives and goals.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in managed care contracts or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of managed care contract terminology (e.g., CPT codes).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members.
• Prior experience with EPIC software is required.
• At least 5 years of prior experience is preferred.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English (speak, read, and write).
