Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant - Physician Services
Location: North Bergen, NJ 07047
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Summary:
The CMA provides clinical and clerical support under the supervision of licensed medical staff. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, assisting with exams, recording vitals, and performing diagnostic tests (EKG, PFT, phlebotomy, etc.). The role also involves maintaining patient records, ensuring confidentiality, and handling billing tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma (GED); preferred graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Certifications: AHA BLS; CMA or RMA certification from recognized bodies
• Skills: Strong communication, patient care, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and data entry
