We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Float position. This role requires a candidate who is flexible and willing to float between units (Thompson, Farnum, and Kingsbury) during shifts.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
Education:
BSN is required.
Certifications:
New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be uploaded with the profile.
EMR Proficiency:
Experience with Epic is required.
Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including adult and geriatric populations.
Participate in patient and family education.
Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing and ancillary staff to maintain professional nursing standards.
Must be willing to float between units during shifts (e.g., 4 hours in Kingsbury, 8 hours in Farnum).
