Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Michigan. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents by providing compassionate care and assistance with their daily activities of living (ADLs). This includes:

• Assisting residents with showers, shaving, brushing teeth, hair care, and nail care.
• Supporting residents with ambulation and transfers using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Monitoring and documenting residents’ health status and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Ensure residents' dignity and privacy while assisting with personal care tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Assist with meal service and feeding residents as needed.
• Participate in orientation and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of CNA experience, with travel contract experience preferred.
• Licensure: Active CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle or rental as there is no public transportation available
