Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Claremont, NH, 03742

Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents' mental and physical well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise LNAs and assist with nursing care.
• Accompany physicians on rounds and facilitate communication.
• Manage oxygen, gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings, and wound care.
• Perform routine unit duties and oversee infection control.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Communicate with families and manage unit responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent experience in LTC.
• COVID-19 vaccination series and booster required.
• Must be willing to work during holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s Day.
• 50-mile distance requirement from facility for travelers.
• No more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed.
• IV certification preferred, previous travel experience and rural/small facility experience highly preferred.
