Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Position Summary:
A skilled Lead Salesforce Developer is needed to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development, API integrations, and administration, and will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Integrate Salesforce with Snowflake.
  • Develop a technical roadmap for system enhancements.
  • Design and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business needs through workflows, process builders, and triggers.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Manage Salesforce administration tasks including user management and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce upgrades and recommend process improvements.
  • Offer technical support for Salesforce users.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • 5+ years of experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado) preferred.
  • Salesforce developer and administrator certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (agile, waterfall).
  • Salesforce Government Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Mulesoft, Informatica Cloud, and Tableau Cloud is a plus.
