Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location: Brick, NJ

Hours: 36/week (3 x 12-hour shifts)

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Services, the Registered Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory care, including therapy, education, and equipment management for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy and care under medical direction.
• Assist with intubation and manage ventilators.
• Evaluate patient needs and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions.
• Document care and adhere to organizational standards.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing.

Education & Licensure:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NJ Respiratory Care license, and Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment; 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM, weekends and holidays as needed; no on-call requirement.
