Title: Functional Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
Join a team of PeopleSoft experts focusing on the Absence Management module. Collaborate with EITS, Human Resources, and Payroll to guide end-users through design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. This role will identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level understanding of HRIS and functional experience with HR business events.
  • 7+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including 3+ full implementations, especially in Absence Management and Benefits.
  • Conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, and develop model office configurations.
  • Proficient in test planning and execution, with experience in application design and configuration.
  • Collaborate with project managers to document requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in HRIS, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HRIS solution design and program delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with EHR applications (Allscripts, Epic) and other hospital systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Three years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, or a satisfactory combination of education and experience.
