Job Summary:
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role involves planning and developing programs to improve both patient care and employee performance. The Nurse Supervisor will collaborate with nurse managers to assess unit performance, address patient care issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, this role involves developing and maintaining a record-keeping system for medication errors and staff counseling.
Required Skills & Experience: Seven years of nursing experience, including at least five years in a supervisory role.
