Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Complete Description:

• 30% preparing desktops, laptops, monitors and other IT accessories for use by the end user.
• End users could include SOS personnel both in office and remote and could also include Boards of Elections' election night reporting computers.
• 50% must have experience in Microsoft Technology as well as MAC computers for support to users with that technology or equipment.
• 50% of this role will involve troubleshooting a variety of software, hardware and other questions related to those items and issues.
• 20% previous experience in State Government IT help desk or similar field is preferred.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office products in a work environment
• Supporting MAC products
• Customer service focused support to the operation
