Position: Talent Acquisition Diversity Program Coordinator
Location: Hybrid / West Point, PA (2-3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Duration: 24 months

Job Description:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and program participants, offering guidance, answering inquiries, and providing coaching/mentorship support.
  2. Oversee the 6 and 12-month program experiences, which include onboarding/offboarding activities, information sessions, networking events, and professional development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with employer business resource groups (EBRGs) to provide mentorship to program participants and foster a sense of community within the organization.
  4. Promote the future talent programs internally across divisions and externally through channels such as social media.
  5. Develop, track, and share a comprehensive dashboard that monitors program progress, including placements, conversions, and participant satisfaction.
  6. Gather, document, and share best practices both internally and externally, learning from other corporate partners to continuously enhance the programs.
  7. Leverage technology to streamline and optimize program management processes, ensuring efficient communication, data tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage two future talent diversity internship and apprenticeship programs. The role focuses on attracting and developing diverse talent with in-demand skills, particularly individuals who may not have a four-year degree. These innovative pathway programs currently enroll over 100 candidates annually, and we need a strong talent acquisition expert to lead the expansion and development of these programs.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in program management, particularly within talent acquisition or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of future talent development and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience designing and delivering robust diversity program experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using technology and software applications for optimizing program management processes.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for talent attraction and branding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to collect and interpret data to enhance programs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
