Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Development Specialist with a strong background in process improvement and a keen understanding of the Fashion, Beauty, or Retail industry.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training programs aimed at improving team performance, optimizing best practices, and supporting business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on process improvement, best practices, and industry-specific knowledge.
Process Improvement: Utilize a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in process improvement to assess current training methods and recommend enhancements that increase productivity and efficiency.
Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the Fashion, Beauty, or Retail sectors to create relevant and impactful training content. Understand the nuances of these industries and tailor learning experiences accordingly.
Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory: Provide insights into merchandising, planning, and inventory management as part of the training curriculum. Experience in these areas is a plus and will help guide learners through complex topics in their daily roles.
Collaborative Learning: Work closely with department heads, team leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure training materials meet the needs of all departments, especially in driving process improvements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training programs, employee progress, and results. Provide feedback and reports to senior management on the impact of training initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in process improvement and best practices within Fashion, Beauty, or Retail industries.
Strong understanding of the Fashion, Beauty, or Retail industry’s operational challenges and training needs.
Knowledge of merchandising, planning, and inventory processes is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
