Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Passaic County, NJ

Shift: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM

Contract Duration: 13+ weeks

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $23/hr. to $25/hr.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Passaic County, NJ. This role is crucial in providing exceptional care to patients and residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on meeting the needs of each individual.
• Respond to patient calls, assessing and addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
• Provide physical support for patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Assist bedridden patients by turning and repositioning them to prevent bedsores.
• Review and adhere to patients’ dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure they receive appropriate meals.
• Collect and document information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions and care plans.
• Monitor and record food and liquid intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as directed.
• Examine patients for any signs of health issues that require medical attention, such as open wounds, bruises, or other concerning symptoms.

Qualifications:

• Must be registered as a CNA by the New Jersey State.
• Ability to work every other weekend is required.
• Must notify the facility at least 48 hours in advance if unable to work a scheduled shift.
