Position: Registered Nurse SNF 
Location: New York, NY

Duties:

• Provide nursing care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with a focus on both long-term care (LTC) and Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) needs.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through clinical assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and promptly.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of LTC and Med/Surg experience is required.

Pay Rate: $63/hr

Education:

• Required: Associate's Degree from a Community College or equivalent (MBO).
• New York State RN License.
• Primary Source Verification.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Certifications & Licenses:

• BLS certification.
• RN License.
• Valid RN License in the state of New York.

Languages:

• Proficient in English (speak, read, and write).
