Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and document individualized nursing care for neonatal patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care and perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Assess patient needs and priorities, initiating care based on medical diagnosis and clinical framework.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and innovations in neonatal care delivery.
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to standards of practice and patient acuity.

What You Bring:

Experience:
✔ 1+ year of experience in NICU or related specialty required.

Education:
✔ Required: ASN (Associate’s Degree in Nursing).
✔ Preferred: BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing).

Certifications & Licensure:
✔ BLS (AHA) and NRP (AHA Only) certifications.
✔ Valid NJ State Professional RN License or multi-state compact license.

Skills:
✔ Strong clinical and critical thinking abilities.
✔ Excellent communication skills (English: Speak, Read, Write).
