Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU (CWR)

Location: Neptune, NJ 
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12 | Every Other Weekend
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $55 – $59.50/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality neonatal care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate NICU patients and assist physicians with care delivery
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and identify care priorities
• Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions in NICU setting
• Document patient care according to clinical standards
• Manage and coordinate assigned patient care
• Support evidence-based nursing practices
• Provide family-centered neonatal care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year NICU or related specialty experience
• ASN required (BSN preferred)
• BLS (AHA) required
• NRP (AHA) required
• Active NJ RN license or Compact license required
