Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute care team. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a medical-surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition

Requirements

• Minimum 18 Months of Recent Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry Experience
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License Required
• AHA BLS Certification Required
• AHA ACLS Certification Required
• Strong Telemetry and Acute Care Experience Required
