Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for an Outpatient Pediatric setting in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional skills, developmental milestones, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services for developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EPIC
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support children in achieving age-appropriate functional goals
  • Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
  • Pediatric Outpatient experience preferred
  • NBCOT Certification required
  • BLS Certification required
  • Active Washington OT License required
  • EPIC experience preferred
