Project Overview

We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance critical systems across multiple airport facilities. These long-term contract roles operate within a complex, mission-critical infrastructure supporting airport operations, security, communications, and enterprise digital transformation. Successful candidates will contribute to the administration, support, and evolution of artificial intelligence platforms that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the airport environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and support the airport’s internal AI-enabled chat platform, ensuring stable operations, proper access controls, and system availability
  • Assist in the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of AI solutions, including proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs
  • Support integration of AI tools and services with enterprise systems, data sources, APIs, and business applications
  • Monitor AI platform performance, usage, and reliability, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous service availability
  • Collaborate with data, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are properly implemented and supported
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and vendor solutions to support innovation and platform improvement
  • Support governance, security, and compliance requirements related to AI usage, data access, and enterprise standards
  • Document AI platform configurations, workflows, integration patterns, and operational procedures for long-term supportability
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for AI-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues
  • Support user onboarding, feature adoption, and training for AI-enabled services across departments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support AI platform operations and enhancements

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in systems engineering, application support, platform administration, or cloud engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including LLM-based tools, AI chat platforms, and machine learning services
  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, or integrated business systems
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based architectures
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and access control considerations for AI systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in an evolving technology environment
  • Experience with cloud platforms and automation tools is preferred
  • AI-related or cloud certifications are a plus but not required
