Project Overview

We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance critical systems across multiple airport facilities. These long-term contract roles operate within a complex, mission-critical infrastructure supporting airport operations, security, communications, and end-user services. Successful candidates will contribute to the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT systems in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications supporting airport operations

  • Define and enforce software engineering standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions

  • Oversee end-to-end software delivery including planning, development, testing, release management, and production deployment

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with operational requirements

  • Guide system design and architecture decisions to ensure performance, security, and long-term maintainability of applications

  • Manage team performance, mentoring, and technical development to build a strong engineering capability within the organization

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in software development or software engineering roles

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role

  • Strong experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions

  • Solid understanding of software architecture, development standards, and SDLC processes

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

  • Proven ability to manage engineering teams and drive successful project delivery

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
