Project Overview
We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to help maintain, enhance, and support critical computer and information systems across multiple airport facilities. These long-term contract opportunities involve working within a complex, mission-critical infrastructure that supports airport operations, security, communications, and enterprise technology services. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of IT systems in a dynamic operational environment.
Responsibilities
Provide architectural guidance for enterprise, operational technology (OT), and SCADA network environments.
Develop high-level network blueprints, standards, and reference architectures supporting long-term technology initiatives.
Review and validate engineering drawings, design packages, and technical documentation for infrastructure projects.
Advise on network modernization strategies, technology selection, and future-state architecture planning.
Assess requirements and impacts associated with network relocations, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
Provide expert recommendations on routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and industrial networking technologies.
Ensure alignment between network architecture, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and technical teams on project planning and feasibility efforts.
Provide strategic architectural support on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in enterprise network architecture and design.
Expert knowledge of routing, switching, data center networking, wireless technologies, and network security frameworks.
Experience designing OT and SCADA network architectures, including segmentation and secure industrial communications.
Strong ability to develop and interpret architectural diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects, network modernization efforts, and critical environment upgrades.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent architecture-focused credentials are preferred.
