Position Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Device Administrator to manage the deployment, security, and lifecycle of mobile devices supporting airport operations. This role is responsible for administering enterprise mobility solutions, maintaining device compliance, supporting end users, and ensuring secure access to organizational resources. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale mobile environments and enterprise mobility platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Intune, AirWatch, or similar solutions.

  • Configure, deploy, secure, and support mobile devices across the organization.

  • Monitor device compliance, security policies, and inventory management processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device, connectivity, and access-related issues.

  • Support device enrollment, provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.

  • Maintain documentation related to mobile device policies, configurations, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure and reliable mobile services.

  • Support end users with mobile device connectivity, authentication, and application access.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in mobile device administration, endpoint management, or a related role.

  • Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware AirWatch, or similar tools.

  • Strong knowledge of iOS and Android enterprise management, security policies, and device compliance.

  • Experience managing mobile device deployments and lifecycle processes in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.

  • Experience supporting Motorola 800 MHz radio platforms.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work onsite and support mission-critical operations.
