Job Title: Central Sterile Tech

Shift: Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Central Sterile Technician to support hospital surgical services by ensuring the proper cleaning, sterilization, preparation, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sterile processing procedures, instrument identification, and surgical equipment handling.
• Perform decontamination, cleaning, sterilization, and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Follow established sterile processing and infection control procedures.
• Identify, inspect, assemble, and distribute surgical instrument trays.
• Maintain proper documentation of sterilization records and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support operating room staff with sterile supply needs.
• Maintain inventory and report damaged or missing instruments.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CRCST Certification required (HSPA or CBSPD verified).
• Minimum 1 year of Central Sterile Processing experience required.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical procedures, instrument identification, and surgical equipment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• 2+ years of Central Sterile Processing experience.
• Completion of a Central Sterile Technician Program.
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekends and Holidays Required
