Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure Services
Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid - 2 Days/Week On-Site)
Type: Contract 
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion to Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $70/hour

Position Overview

  • Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services.

  • Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

  • Determine and work with supervision to acquire required project resources.

  • Oversee project progress and workload throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and evaluation matrices to select vendor products.

  • Write contract Scope of Deliverables.

  • Follow and contribute to process and standards updates and creation.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and action items.

  • Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings, including meeting minutes.

  • Manage communications, including end-user communications, broadcasts, and IT notifications.

  • Monitor and report on project KPIs.

    • Circuit delivery tracking.

    • Telecom provider coordination.

    • Circuit readiness management.

  • Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization

    • Experience supporting Cisco switching environments.

    • Secure connectivity initiatives.

    • Routing and switching coordination.

    • Network refresh and modernization projects.

  • Network Cutover and Migration Planning

    • Enterprise cutover planning.

    • Traffic transition management.

    • Stabilization activities.

    • Business-critical migration execution.

  • Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects

    • Secure connectivity management.

    • DDoS mitigation initiatives.

    • Malware defense projects.

    • Enterprise authentication and access reliability.
