Job Title: Travel Pharmacist – Outpatient / Infusion

Type: Contract | 13 Weeks (First-Time Travelers Welcome)
Shift & Schedule:
Day Shift | 4x10 Hours | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Weekends | No On-Call
Block Scheduling Available
Pay Rate: $61 - $68/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Travel Pharmacist – Outpatient / Infusion for an exciting Travel job in Hood River, OR.
Responsibilities
Dispense and verify outpatient infusion medications.
Ensure safe and accurate medication preparation and administration support.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and infusion teams to optimize patient care.
Monitor patient medication therapy, outcomes, and treatment effectiveness.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and safety standards.
Document pharmacy interventions and medication-related activities in Epic EMR.
Support safe and efficient medication workflows within outpatient infusion services.
Provide clinical pharmacy support and medication counseling when appropriate.
Ensure medication accuracy and quality throughout the dispensing process.
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and medication management activities.
Required Qualifications
Active Oregon Pharmacist License.
Outpatient infusion pharmacy experience.
Prior outpatient or infusion pharmacy experience.
Ability to manage patient ratios up to 1:20.
Epic EMR experience.
Strong clinical decision-making and patient safety skills.
Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience.
Previous experience in a critical access hospital environment.
Travel pharmacy experience.
