Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry

Location: Falmouth, MA

Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Compensation:

• FROM $2,000 weekly - Local candidate
• FROM $2,500 weekly - Traveller candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow department-specific standards and expectations.
• Deliver care with a strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Utilize available internal and external resources to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational guidelines.

License & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and IV therapy.
• Successful completion of Medical/Surgical IV Medication Module.
• Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia exam.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
