Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension or permanent placement)
Schedule:
• Day Shift
• 5x8-Hour Shifts
• 40 Hours per Week
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in outpatient care, and proficiency in phlebotomy, IV therapy, and patient assessments. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
• Perform blood withdrawals, phlebotomy, and IV starts according to clinical standards.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.
• Record vital signs, patient histories, and perform patient triage.
• Float to other clinic departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program.
• Active California LVN License.
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC only).
• IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certification.
• Strong outpatient clinic experience preferred.
