Job Summary

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer / Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions with a strong focus on video-based training, eLearning, and multimedia content development. The ideal candidate will leverage instructional design expertise, adult learning principles, and multimedia tools to create scalable, learner-centered training programs that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended, and video-based learning solutions.
  • Create engaging training materials including eLearning modules, instructional videos, storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets.
  • Produce software demonstrations, microlearning videos, scenario-based learning content, and instructional walkthroughs.
  • Utilize Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Camtasia to develop high-quality training content.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to transform complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop curriculum aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure training materials meet branding, accessibility, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Manage multiple instructional design and multimedia projects simultaneously.
  • Perform content reviews, quality assurance, and editing of learning materials.
  • Support organizational learning initiatives through innovative instructional strategies and multimedia solutions.
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, and interactive learning experiences.
  • Apply best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and video production.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of instructional design experience.
  • Proven experience creating video-based training programs.
  • Advanced experience with:
    • Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
    • Camtasia
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong experience in:
    • Curriculum Design
    • Training Needs Analysis
    • eLearning Development
    • Multimedia Content Creation
    • Video Production & Editing
    • Storyboarding & Script Writing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
