Mathematics Teacher (Middle School) 

Location: Summerville, SC
Contract Duration: July 22, 2026 – June 1, 2027
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking qualified Mathematics Teachers to support middle school students in a school-based educational setting. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging math instruction, create lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, assess student progress, and foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic success.

Responsibilities

• Provide mathematics instruction to middle school students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Assess student performance and maintain academic records.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student learning needs.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and administrators.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and student support activities.
• Maintain classroom management and student discipline standards.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Department of Education (SC DOE) License with Math Endorsement.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
