Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in Technology Business Management (TBM) and IT financial operations. This role focuses on driving cost transparency, improving financial accountability, and aligning IT spending with business value across multiple technology functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead TBM expense transparency initiatives across IT functions
  • Develop and maintain financial models, cost allocation frameworks, and reporting structures
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate financial data and improve cost visibility
  • Analyze and communicate IT spend insights to business and finance teams
  • Refine allocation methodologies and cost modeling assumptions
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and data mapping

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in TBM, IT financial management, or cost transparency
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and financial analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data modeling, pivot tables, automation, scenario analysis)
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TBM tools and cost transparency reporting (e.g., dashboards, allocation models)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (ITFM, CMDB)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft
