Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST | 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

Position Review

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle technical recruitment for various IT roles.
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099hiring models.
  • Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication abilities, availability, rate expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with US clients and hiring managers across different time zones.
  • Understand client requirements and meet defined SLAsand turnaround times.
  • Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and employment terms with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATSand CRMsystems.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment / US IT staffing.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
  • Hands-on experience with US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and TechFetch.
  • Knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories, including US Citizen, Green Card (GC), GC-EAD, H1B, OPT, and CPT.
  • Familiarity with US time zones and client communication practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with MSP/VMSclients (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, and PRO Unlimited).
  • Strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in contract staffing and rate negotiations.
