Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist 

Location: Hood River, OR
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Hood River, Oregon. This opportunity offers a consistent daytime schedule with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. Both experienced travel pharmacists and first-time travelers with outpatient infusion or sterile compounding experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, compound, and dispense outpatient infusion medications.
• Prepare oncology and non-oncology infusion therapies in compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards.
• Monitor medication orders for accuracy, dosing appropriateness, allergies, and drug interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and infusion center staff regarding medication therapy management.
• Provide clinical consultation related to drug compatibility, stability, and administration requirements.
• Utilize Epic and Willow Ambulatory systems for order verification and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Support inventory management and medication safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh/PharmD).
• Minimum 1 year of Outpatient Infusion, Oncology Infusion, or Cleanroom Pharmacy experience.
• Experience with sterile compounding and infusion medications.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Strong clinical knowledge of infusion therapies and medication safety practices.
• First-time travel candidates are welcome to apply.
