Job Title: Agile Release Train Lead
Location: Toronto, ON
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Agile Release Train Lead with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will coordinate Agile program delivery and support strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Train delivery across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate customer, citizen, and patient-focused solution delivery.
• Support modernization, compliance, and digital transformation programs.
• Facilitate PI Planning and Agile program execution activities.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Track program performance, delivery metrics, and business outcomes.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
• Support successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Agile Release Train Lead within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise Agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing program-level risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Agile reporting and delivery management experience.
• SAFe certification preferred.
