Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist – Public Sector

Location: Toronto, ON

About the Role

We are seeking an IAM Specialist to manage identity governance, privileged access management, authentication services, and access controls across enterprise government systems.

IMPORTANT NOTE – PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidates must have experience supporting IAM initiatives within Government, Healthcare, Education, Defense, Public Safety, or Crown Corporation environments.

Candidates without Public Sector experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user lifecycle and access provisioning.
• Support SSO, MFA, federation, and PAM solutions.
• Conduct access reviews and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID, or Ping Identity.
• Knowledge of identity governance and access certification.
