Job Title: Functional Business Analyst

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support requirements gathering, functional design, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Support application implementation and business transformation initiatives.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Facilitate requirement review sessions and business workshops.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Develop process documentation and operational procedures.
• Assist with user training and change management initiatives.
• Ensure solutions support business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Functional Business Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience supporting application implementation projects.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and workflow design.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with testing and validation activities.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
