Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring ITSM modules and driving process improvements in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure workflows, approvals, SLAs, and automation processes.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects.
