Title: RN LTC – Quick Offer
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: 12*3/ 7:00 AM- 7:30 PM/ Sun, Fri, Sat
Weekly Gross: Up to $1900/week (Based on experience)

Job responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse in this Long-Term Care setting is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Duties include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitoring residents’ clinical status and reporting changes promptly
• Providing wound care and managing chronic conditions
• Supervising and delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Responding to emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
• Maintaining compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
• Educating residents and families on care plans and health management
• Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN License
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work weekend schedules
