Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of a Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, security, integration, and performance while delivering advanced user support and driving system enhancements across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and customize the platform using workflows, flows, and automation tools.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Manage data integrity, imports, exports, and data quality processes.
• Support and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and other integration methods.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to end users.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, and best practice guidance.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in government or public sector environments
• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Advanced Administrator
  • Platform App Builder
  • Cloud Consultant
