We are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team in Vadodara. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates who want to start their career in healthcare recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source healthcare candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Meet daily recruitment and sourcing targets

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Comfortable working onsite in a night shift environment
• Quick learner with a professional attitude
